PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use contents which are stored so far when contents storage is interrupted.
SOLUTION: If the storage of contents in a contents storage means 3 is interrupted, the contents which are stored up to the interruption point are stored as halfway stored contents in a halfway stored contents storage means 4 and when the storage becomes ready, unstored contents are stored in the contents storage means 3 and combined with the halfway stored contents.
