The digital broadcast receiving device includes a 12-segment tuner 101, a TS demultiplexing unit 103A which demultiplexes a received stream, a 12-segment video decoding unit 104 which decodes a video signal demultiplexed by the TS demultiplexing unit 103A, a 1-segment tuner 102, a TS demultiplexing unit 103B which demultiplexes a stream received by the 1-segment tuner, a 1-segment video decoding unit 105 which decodes a video signal demultiplexed by the TS demultiplexing unit 103B, and a display switching means 108 which selectively switches and outputs first and second pictures from both the decoding units 104 and 105 to a plurality of display devices 20A and 20B.
