Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which an energy received by a shutter unit cannot be reduced without increasing mass of a camera resulting from an addition of a component.SOLUTION: A digital camera according to the present invention comprises: a mirror box that has a lens mount provided; an image pickup element that is coupled to the mirror box and images a subject to output an imaging signal; a shutter unit that includes a front curtain and rear curtain controlling a time at which an image of the subject is exposed on the image pickup element; and a weight member that is coupled to the shutter unit via a double-sided tape serving as an adhesive elastic member and damps oscillation of the shutter unit. The weight member is an essential member for a camera.
