Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send data with high reliability at a high speed by using adaptively a frequency hopping(FH) system or a multi-frequency shift keying(MFSK) system depending on the operating state of a channel.
SOLUTION: When a reception signal from a transmission line is given to a reception section R, a signal processing section DS outputs a spectrum intensity for each carrier frequency, a channel detection section CD controls a phase of a time slot based on the spectrum intensity, selects the modulation system for MFSK or FH and outputs reception code data corresponding to a carrier frequency, and a decoding section DE outputs reception information data from reception code data. Furthermore, when transmission information data are given to a section T, the transmission code data are outputted from transmission information data by a coding section CO according to the selected modulation system and a channel generating section CG outputs a utilizing carrier frequency from the transmission code data and a waveform generating section WG outputs a transmission signal to the transmission line.
