To solve a problem in which ink altered by exposure is difficult to use in an exposure printing method due to reduction in reliability such as reduction in adhesiveness.
The exposure printer includes an ink roll unit (30) having a rotary drum (31) and a blanket (32); an ink supply unit (20) for supplying ink (22) to the ink roll unit; a light source (41) for emitting light to the ink roll unit; and an ink transfer unit (50) having a printing object medium (53). The blanket is formed on the surface of the rotary drum, and an ink solid film is formed on the blanket by supplying the ink to the ink roll unit. The ink solid film is composed of an exposed ink portion and a non-exposed ink portion formed by the light emission from the light source, and the non-exposed ink portion is transferred to the printing object medium.
