The digital filter is provided with: a time division separation circuit 1a which outputs p (p is a parallel development number) parallel inputs to which time division separation is performed from serial input; p delay elements 1b which provide the p parallel inputs with unit time, respectively; r (r=2^k when the number of taps is k) storage elements 1c each of which holds data equivalent to one address of a lookup table; p selectors 1d which use part of the p parallel inputs and outputs of the p delay elements as a selection signal, select a signal branched from the output of the r storage elements to output the p parallel outputs, respectively; and a time division multiplexing circuit 1e which performs time division multiplexing to the p parallel outputs to output them as serial output.
