Abstract:
To prevent that information limited in copying remains in a medium by repeating temporary recording and to prevent that the information is copied in recording media of allowable numbers or more.
When copy control information indicates permission of temporary recording having specified time limit, control information indicating no permission of temporary recording is added and recorded in the recording medium. Besides, when the information limited in copying is copied, a recording device and the number of recording media are detected, and the information is recorded in media within the allowable number or less.
