Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management system capable of determining and recording as to whether shift locations during actual operation interfere with improvement in fuel consumption or not in tachographs for recording operation information on the times of operation, speeds of vehicles, travel distances, etc.
SOLUTION: Both speed data acquired from speed sensors provided for the tachographs on board of the vehicles, and data on the numbers of engine revolutions acquired from sensors for the numbers of engine revolutions, are acquired at all times. By achieving and displaying the shift locations during operation from the two data and comparing data on fuel consumption during traveling, it is determined and recorded as to whether operation at the time interferes with improvement fuel consumption or not.
