To keep satisfactory the characteristics of a demodulated signal obtained by demodulating processing to a received signal.
A signal (received signal) 150 received by a receiving part 101 is amplified by an amplifying part 102 and becomes an amplified signal 151. A distortion estimating part 103a estimates a distortion component contained in the amplified signal 151 while using information on the distortion characteristics of the amplifying part 102 and the amplified signal 151 from the amplifying part 102 and generates a correcting signal 152 for correcting the distortion component of the amplified signal 151 while using the estimated distortion component. A distortion compensating part 103b multiplies the correcting signal 152 from the distortion estimating part 103a to the amplified signal 151 and obtains a corrected amplified signal 153. The signal 153 is obtained by removing the distortion component from the amplified signal 151. A demodulation part 104 provides a demodulated signal 154 by applying demodulating processing to the corrected amplified signal 153.
