Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain fast responsiveness in an entire area from stopping time to fast moving time and to stably constitute a servo system by setting a control parameter corresponding to the position deviation of the servo system on a velocity control part. CONSTITUTION:The title digital servo system is comprised of a control parameter calculation part 1 to calculate the control parameter 4 corresponding to the position deviation 3 between a position command 100 and a position feedback signal 101, and a control parameter setting part 2 to set the control parameter 4 on the velocity control part 111. The control parameter calculation part 1 calculates the control parameter 4 of the velocity control part 111 by the value of the position deviation 3. Such calculation is performed by registering the characteristic of the velocity control 111 on a ROM, etc., or by introducing the relational equation of the characteristic. The control parameter setting part 2 sets a proportional gain 201 and an integral gain 200 on the velocity control part 111.
