Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signal processing device capable of changing a unit smaller than a division unit of an input signal (for example, a frame of video or a sound, a field of video, a block and a slice of video or an image) and an applicable filter.SOLUTION: A digital signal processing device includes: a signal acquisition part which acquires a digital signal; a change-over map acquisition part which acquires a change-over map which is made of identification information indicating a filter to be applied to each area obtained by dividing the digital signal; and a filter part which applies a filter indicated by the change-over map as a filter to be applied to an area where each specimen of the digital signal belongs.
