PURPOSE:To eliminate effectively the noise components contained in a digital signal. CONSTITUTION:The difference C between an unprocessed value point A, i.e., the control value to be changed successively and the precedently processed value B, i.e., the preceding value is obtained by a deviation detecting means 11. Then the absolute value of the difference C is compared with the standard value D of the difference set at a setting part 13 by a comparison means 12. A command is given to the 1st output means 14 while the difference C is smaller than the value D. Then the unprocessed value A of this time is delivered as the processed value E. While the value A is compared with the value B by a comparison and deciding means 17 in case the C is larger than the D.
