PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation management system using a digital tachograph useful for clarification of an accident cause and the transportation management system using this digital tachograph.SOLUTION: A transportation management system includes: a digital tachograph 11 mounted on a vehicle 20; and a server. The digital tachograph 11 includes: a vehicle speed input part 41 inputted with vehicle speed information; a positional information input part 43 inputted with the positional information; an operation information input part 51 inputted with operation information from a first sensor 31A to a 10-th sensor 31 for detecting an actual operation amount of the operation part operated by a driving or an automatic driving device; a storage part 62 stored with identification ID; an output part 63 for outputting information to the outside; and a CPU 61 for outputting the identification ID, the positional information, the vehicle speed information, and the operation information from the output part 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
