To solve the problem of a conventional digital data transmitting and receiving device which is unable to transmit data with a different transmission protocol since the transmission protocol of digital data is diversified recently.

Digital data transmitted with a 1st transmission protocol are received and then transmitted with a 2nd transmission protocol after being converted so that the data can be transmitted with the 2nd transmission protocol.
