Title:
DIGITAL TUNER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS54123804
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable highly accurate tuning with a simple constitution, by performing the correction for analog signal corresponding to the output digital signal of the main up-down counter with the output digital signal of the slave up-down counters.

CONSTITUTION: The signal received with the antenna 2 is amplified at the radio frequency amplifying circuit 3, and mixed with the signal from the local oscillation circuit 5 at the mixing circuit 4 and converted into IF signal. The digital signal is converted into the analog signal by using the D/A converter 10, the output analog signal controls the oscillation of the local oscillating circuit 5, and the digital signal of the reception station desired is obtained with the master and slave up-down counters 11 and 12. In this case, the analog signal corresponding to the output digital signal of the main up-down counter 11 is corrected with the analog signal corresponding to the digital signal or the output digital signal of the slave up-down counter 12. Accordingly, tuning is made with high accuracy with a simple constitution.
