Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL: The compd. of formula I [R1 is 2 to 4C alkyl; R2 is H or 1 to 4C alkyl; R3 is H or 1 to 3C alkyl; R4, R10 are H or n-propyl; (x) is 2 to 5; R6 is H or C-C bonded together with R7; R6 is H-Z-COORR9 (Z does not exist or is alkyl or alkenyl; R9 is H, cation or alkyl); R7 is H, C-C bonded together with R5, =C1=O together with R8; R8 is H, -O-R11 (R11 is alkyl) or O] and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
EXAMPLE: 7-[3-(4-acetyl-3-hydroxy-2-propylphenoxy)propoxy]-1,2,3,4-tetrahyro-8- propyl-2-naphthalene methyl carboxylate.
USE: An anti-allergy agent.
PROCESS: The compd. of formula III of the example is obtd. by bringing, for example, 3-(2-n-propyl-3-hydroxy-4-acetylphenoxy)-1-bromopropane and the compd. II into reaction.
