Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attendance management system where no descriptions to a daily working report are required. SOLUTION: In a communication system provided with cordless telephone sets 4 each having an extension number and a telephone number, a plurality of base stations 3 connected to a private line, a digital exchange 1 interconnecting the cordless telephone sets 4 via the base stations 3, and a data communication controller 2 that outputs a signal from each of the cordless telephone sets 4 to an electronic computer 5; the data communication controller 2 outputs coded information sent by depressing a pushbutton and the transmission button of each of the cordless telephone sets 4 to the electronic computer 5. In response to the output, the electronic computer 5 retrieves job contents corresponding to the coded information from a job code job content cross reference file 71 where the job code is in cross reference with the job content and reads date and time when the coded information is received from a clock means 51 and stores the job content and time in cross reference with the extension number to a job history file 73.
