Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a film of an even thickness with heat resistance on the surface of a base material having a cooling air passage of a complicated inside shape in a short time and with low cost.
CONSTITUTION: In a repairing method for a turbine part 1 in which oxidation- resistant coating is applied to the surface of a heat-resistant alloy base material having a cooling air passage 5 inside, after removing the oxidation-resistant coating, a crack 8 on the base material is repaired, and after electroless nickel- boron plating is applied to the base material so as to have a predetermined thickness, oxidation-resistant coating is executed.
