Abstract:
To provide a dimension inspection system and a dimension inspection method that, even when an inspection object is photographed from an oblique angle, can easily perform comparison with a design drawing in subsequent management and can accurately acquire the dimensions of the inspection object.SOLUTION: A dimension inspection system comprises: imaging means 14 that acquires an image; extraction means 16 that performs image processing on the acquired image and extracts an area corresponding to a leveling rod body of a dimension measurement device 12 in the image and markers; detection means 18 that detects a long direction and a width direction of the leveling rod body based on the extracted area corresponding to the leveling rod body, and detects positions of scales corresponding to the markers based on the extracted markers; conversion means 20 that converts the image into an orthogonal projection image facing an inspection object based on the detected long direction and the width direction of the leveling rod body, the positions of the scales corresponding to the markers, and dimension information output from an output unit of the dimension measurement device 12; and output means 22 that outputs the orthogonal projection image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
