Abstract:
To facilitate dimension measurement of a brake lining of an elevator according to a photographed image.SOLUTION: A dimension measurement system includes: a processing unit 13 which recognizes an elliptical shape or a circular shape having a maximum curvature from a photographed image obtained by photographing a brake lining around a brake drum to detect the brake drum, corrects the photographed image according to known dimensional information of the brake drum included in an elevator, and detects a circular arc showing a region of the brake lining from the corrected photographed image; and a measurement unit 15 which calculates the dimension of the brake lining based on a region of the brake lining that is detected from the photographed image by the processing unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
