Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a dimensional measuring instrument for measuring the size of the internal surface of a non-complete circle.
CONSTITUTION: Sliding sections 5b for a pair of probe mounting pieces 5 are mounted slidably at the front end section of a shaft 4 rotatably supported by a cylindrical main body 2, and contacts 6 for measurement are installed at the front end section. Air micrometer-nozzle sections 11 are opened to the external side faces of base-end side broad sections 5a, and reference elliptical sections 2b for sizing are formed on the internal surface of the cylindrical main body 2 while being oppositely faced to the air micrometer nozzle sections 11.
