To provide the subject apron enabling a handicapped person challenging for his/her hands to put on the apron by himself/herself when eating without help of a caregiver.

This apron is characterized in that an opening part (2) is set in the center of the chest in the apron body (1), fasteners (3a) and (3b) consisting of Hook-and-Loop fasteners are attached respectively to the right and left sides thereof, a stretchable band (5) is set at a string to hang it on the neck so as to be expandable/shrinkable when putting on the apron and taking it off, and a pocket capable of holding spill of food is set.
