To provide a technology which can enhance a discharging speed of an electrodeposition liquid and a cleaning liquid when a vehicle body goes out from a tank, in a dipping treatment apparatus arranged in a coating line.
This production method includes switching an outgoing speed of the vehicle body 13 from the electrodeposition liquid 11 to an outgoing speed Vh which is higher than a transportation speed VI while the vehicle body 13 is dipped, as is shown in FIG. (b). Then, the vehicle body 13 moves obliquely upward at the high outgoing speed Vh, as shown in FIG. (c), so that the electrodeposition liquid 11B having remained in the vehicle body 13 is actively discharged. The electrodeposition liquid or the cleaning liquid having remained in the vehicle body is promptly discharged due to an acceleration action caused by an operation of switching a moving speed of the vehicle body from a low speed to a high speed.
