Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct-acting rolling guide unit which inserts porous moldings impregnated with lubricants into penetration holes of a casing, surely and stably supply oil to balls rolling in a return path, and performs maintenance-free.SOLUTION: Attachment screw holes 28 for attaching a mating member to a center position between sleeve parts 13 are formed at an upper part 12 of a casing 3. Penetration holes 46 are formed at the casing 3 along a longitudinal direction at both corners 57 at which the upper part 12 and the sleeve parts 13 cross each other, and cylindrical porous moldings 7 impregnated with lubricants for forming a return path 20 are inserted into the penetration holes 46. Attachment screw holes 47 for screwing fixing screws 8 which fix an end cape 4 to the casing 3 therein are formed at the sleeve parts 13 of the casing 3.
