To prevent the protrusion of an adhesive which is used for fixing a rotor magnet to a rotor, by partially forming a recessed section to which the adhesive is applied on the magnet or rotor.
A rotor 5 has a recessed section 12 formed by bending the end section of the rotor 5 at its end section. A rotor magnet 5b is attached to the rotor 5 so as to surround the recessed section 12. At the time of attaching the magnet 5b to the rotor 5, an adhesive is used, but the adhesive is applied to the recessed section 12. When the applying amount of the adhesive to the recessed section 12 is controlled, a required amount of the adhesive contributes to the adhesion between the magnet 5b and the rotor 5, and the remaining amount of the adhesive does not protrude from the magnet 5b, but remains in the section 12. Therefore, the protrusion of the adhesive which is used for fixing the magnet 5b to the rotor 5 can be prevented.
