PURPOSE: To facilitate the operation by reducing the size of a warter container by providing a warter container for receiving the condensed warter at the down stream of an inclined trough provided at the bottom edge of a condensation plate.

CONSTITUTION: When electricity is supplied to a heating element 3, heating plates 1 and 2 are heated and the clothes touching the heating plates are dried while giving off contained warter. The warter vapour reaches a condenser plate 12 passing between partitions 11. The outer surface of the condenser plate 12 being in contact with the room air, and the temperature of the room air being lower than the temperature of the warter vapour, the warter vapour is cooled and the saturation pressure drops so that the warter vapour is condensed on the surface of the condenser plate 12. The condensed warter flows through a narrow space 15 down to a trough 18. The trough 18 being inclined, the condensed warter gathers in a warter container 19. Thus collecting warter by the trough 18, only a small sized warter container is necessary if the condenser plate 12 is wide
