Abstract:
To provide a heald shaft drive which can simply be controlled and give a large operation rate.
The heald shaft drive comprises preferably hydraulic servodrive units (6, 7) flange-attached to the sides of a heald shaft (1). The hydraulic servodrive units (6, 7) comprise movement-measuring systems. The system sets the position of a desired heald shaft through their self position-adjusting circuits. Both the drive units (6, 7) are controlled with common guide signals generated from a common nominal value generator. This kind of direct driving gives a heald shaft drive which is mechanically strong, is little vibrated, and is used for highly flexible uses.
