The printing plate has an image accepting layer at least including a binder resin having an average particle diameter of 0.01-5 μm and including a composite between a siloxane bond-including resin, which is formed by chaining at least one kind of particle selected from the group consisting of water-containing metal oxides made of metal atoms such as Mg, Al, Zn, Ge, Ti, Co, Zr, Sn, Fe, Cu, Ni, Pb, Pd, Cd, Mo, Cr, Ga, Mn, V, Ce or La with Si through an oxygen atom, and an organic polymer including a group, which forms a hydrogen bond with the siloxane bond-including resin, on a water resistant support.
