To quickly adjust the direction of a directional antenna even when one of a transmission side or a reception side is moved.
The both transmission and reception sides are provided with a position detecting means 14(24) detecting the position of a self station 10(20) and a position transmitting means 15(25) having a non-directional antenna for communicating the detected position of the self station 10(20) to an opposite station 20(10) and also a mobile station is provided with an orientation measuring means 26 detecting the orientation of the self station 20 and a inclination measuring means 27. Then, in a fixed station 10, for example, the position of the mobile station 20 obtained by the position communicating means 15 and the detected position of the self station 10 are obtained and the direction of the directional antenna 11 is obtained based on the orientation of the previously set self station 10 so that the antenna 11 is set in the direction.
