To provide a directional coupler capable of obtaining a large amount of coupling.
In this directional coupler comprising a grounded metal shield case 11, a dielectric substrate 12 supported by the shield case 11, and first and second stripline conductors 13 and 14 provided on one surface of the dielectric substrate 12 and parallel to each other with an interval P of prescribed length, a floating conductor 16 is provided on the other surface of the dielectric substrate 12.
