The valve component 3 in the valve chest 2 comprises a first valve element 10 in contact with one valve seat 5, a second valve element 11 in contact with the other valve seat 7, a hard support plate 12 interposed between the first and second valve elements 10 and 11, and a holding member 13 to hold the first and second valve elements 10 and 11 and the support plate 12.
