Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dirt wiping sheet enabling adoption of an appropriate usage according to a condition, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A cleaning sheet 1 is formed in a cylindrical state by intermittently fastening the ends in the longitudinal direction X of a nonwoven fabric 2 at every arbitrary interval along the width direction Y. The cleaning sheet 1 is manufactured by a manufacturing method which includes: a joining step of drawing the nonwoven fabric 2 from an original fabric 2A of the nonwoven fabric 2 wound in a roll-like state, folding an end in a direction orthogonal to a drawing direction of the nonwoven fabric 2, and intermittently fastening the ends along the drawing direction at every arbitrary interval to form a joint part 3; and a cutting step of cutting in every prescribed size in a direction orthogonal to a direction where the joint part 3 of the nonwoven fabric 2 formed with the joint part 3 in the joining step is formed.
