Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the workability and to reduce the danger of disassembling and conveying the guide bearing of a vertical shaft type rotary electric machine by hanging a guide bearing pad, then rolling it on a special rail detachably provided horizontally and drawing and conveying it. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 6a is opened at a rotor spider 6, one end of a wire rope 9' is coupled to a hanging jig 18 mounted on a guide bearing pad 7 through the hole 6a, and the other end is mounted on a winch such as a chain block 10' or the like to wind the rope 9', thereby hanging the pad 7. The pad 7 is placed on a rail 19 detachably provided horizontally. Then, one end of the rope 11 is coupled to the jig 18, drawn via a sheave 12 mounted on the lower surface of the rotor spider 6, thereby rolling the pad 7 on the rail 19.
