Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that adequate countermeasure information can be appropriately provided so that a user can take appropriate measures when an earthquake occurs.SOLUTION: A disaster countermeasure information provision system comprises: a countermeasure information storage unit 201 for storing countermeasure information relating to disaster prevention and countermeasures at occurrence of an earthquake; an earthquake occurrence detection unit 21 for detecting occurrence of an earthquake of a predetermined size or less; a countermeasure information extraction unit 22 for extracting countermeasure information from the countermeasure information storage unit 201 when the occurrence of the earthquake of the predetermined size or less is detected; and a countermeasure information transmitting unit 23 for transmitting the extracted countermeasure information to a user terminal 100. When a small earthquake of a predetermined size or less occurs, countermeasure information relating to disaster prevention and countermeasures at a time of occurrence of the earthquake is sent to the user terminal 100, whereby the user who receives the countermeasure information can check useful information including matters to which the attention should be paid daily in preparation for occurrence of a large earthquake, and matters to which the attention should be paid upon occurrence of a large earthquake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
