PURPOSE: To provide a disaster preventing monitor system which can register the information necessary for maintenance even in a test that requires the intervention of human beings.
CONSTITUTION: A central processor 10 automatically stores the information judged by a disaster preventing monitor system itself in a recording buffer 18 and also stores even the information judged artificially in the buffer 18 when this information is inputted from a display/operation part 16. Then the processor 10 outputs in print the information (the information judged by the system itself and the information judged artificially) stored in the buffer 18 to a printer 19 as soon as the information are stored in the buffer 18 or when a prescribed switch is operated. Furthermore the processor 10 can store the two types of information in the buffer 18 and/or can output them to the printer 19 with the information judged artificially added to the information judged by itself.
