PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention helmet which has a regular shape like an existing helmet, but hardly gets in the way even when placed close by, can be used as an interior accessory, and can be worn easily and quickly in an emergency, and disaster prevention goods including the helmet.SOLUTION: A disaster prevention helmet is provided with fixing means inside a cap body to cause the helmet to play a role different from the usual head protection. The cap body is caused to cover the outside of a light source of an illumination device, and the fixing means inside the cap body is fixed to the illumination device so that the cap body can be used as a shade of the illumination device. In disaster prevention goods, the helmet is caused to play a role different from the usual head protection so that the helmet can be used as a usual helmet for protecting the head in a disaster, and as a part of an article used in a daily life such as an illumination device of desktop lighting, a floor lamp, etc. in a normal time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
