To utilize the detection function of a burglar prevention detector connected to a receiver along with a fire sensor for refuging guidance at the time of a fire by setting the burglar prevention detector to an operating state at the time of judging the fire in a fire processing part and judging the presence/ absence of human beings in a fire generated section.

The fire processing part 15 provided in a disaster prevention receiver 1 compares detection data by the successive calling of the respective kinds of detectors for the fire provided in a transmission line 2-1 by a terminal transmission part 13 with a prescribed fire level determined beforehand and judges the fire when the detection data reach the fire level. Further, the fire processing part 15 activates a burglar prevention processing part 16 at the time of judging the fire and forces it to perform a burglar prevention processing in a guard section where the fire is generated. Thus, whether or not the human beings are present in the fire generated section is immediately judged by the report of the burglar prevention detector 9, and in the case that the human being is present, approprmate escape passage and direction are indicated by emergency broadcasting and the guide lamp of the escape passage, etc., and escape to a safe place is quickly performed.
