To provide a disaster prevention support system capable of promptly specifying a disaster site and checking its changing situation and also capable of swiftly as well as surely reporting disaster information to organizations concerned to attempt early suppression of the disaster.
Relay contact outputs of disaster prevention terminals are separately input to a controller, and a TCP/IP control part comprising the data link layer at Level 2 of the OSI Basic Reference Model, the network layer at Level 3 of the OSI Basic Reference Model and the transport layer at Level 4 of the OSI Basic Reference Model as hardware is built into the controller to perform TCP/IP protocol control in a network, such as LAN, by hardware control. Furthermore, while a monitoring server is connected to the network, such as LAN, the monitoring server is also connected to servers placed in organizations concerned, such as a disaster monitoring center and a fire department, and to networks, such as the Internet, whereto network communication terminals on board disaster prevention command vehicles are connected.
