Abstract:
To realize a smooth evacuation in the event of an accident such as a fire.SOLUTION: While an anomaly information receiving unit of a support server receives anomaly information for indicating an occurrence of anomaly or a possibility of an occurrence of anomaly in a building; when the anomaly information receiving unit receives the anomaly information, a congestion degree identifying unit identifies a congestion degree for an evacuation route set in each of a plurality of areas of the building. While a broadcast target area identification unit of an emergency broadcast facility identifies an area in which an evacuation support message is to be broadcast, on the basis of a congestion level identified by the congestion level identification unit, among the plurality of areas; a broadcast control unit causes a loudspeaker installed in the area identified by the broadcast target area identification unit to output the evacuation support message as voice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
