Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent generation of noise due to resonance of a brake pad of a brake caliper.

CONSTITUTION: In a disc brake to brake as a pair of brake pads 15, 16 supported by a caliper 1 sandwiches with pressure a disc plate 9 rotating around an axle shaft integrally with a wheel, one each of pad springs 21, 22 to pressurize and hold a pair of the brake pads 15, 16 toward one direction of a caliper body is respectively provided on each of the brake pads 15, 16.
