Abstract:
PURPOSE: To restrain the drop of durability of a vibration proof rubber and also improve the design freedom of a spoke when a brake noise is restrained by using a ring shaped vibration-proof rubber.
CONSTITUTION: A ring shaped recessed groove 19 opening on a brake disc 13 side is formed on the plate shaped part 18 of a hub 4. The ring shaped vibration-proof rubber 16 is compressed by a brake disc 11 and the ring shaped recessed groove 19 so as to be interposed in this ring shaped recessed groove 19. The almost entire vibration proof-rubber 16 is covered and not brought is contact with the spoke and its pressure receiving part is brought in surface contact. As the vibration-proof rubber 16 is not exposed to the outside and also a stress concentration part is eliminated, durability can be increased. As no compressing force is applied to the spoke, a design freedom is increased.
