Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake device efficiently suppressing brake squeal in a low frequency region with a simple structure without affecting other function.
SOLUTION: This brake device is provided with a brake rotor 1 rotated together with a wheel, a brake pad capable of sandwiching the brake rotor 1, and a torque member 2 supporting the brake pad and a piston for generating braking force by sandwiching the brake rotor 1 by the brake pad at the time of working of a wheel cylinder 3 by braking fluid pressure, and a separation frequency between natural vibration frequencies of the torque member 2 and the brake rotor 1 is set to be large by adding a first mass member 21 and a second mass member 22 to the torque member 2.
