By equipping an outside pad pressing part 20 which contacts with the outside of the lining pad 6 to the disc radial direction and presses the lining pad to the direction of separating the lining pad 6 to the axial direction from disc 1, and an inside pad pressing part 11 which contacts with the inside of the lining pad 6 to the disc radial direction and presses the lining pad 6 to the direction of separating the lining pad 6 to the axial direction from disc 1, both inside and outside of lining pad 6 to its disc radial direction, can be pressed to the separating direction to the axial direction from disc 1.
