Title:
DISC BARKE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017072158
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a disc brake which can suppress brake noise.SOLUTION: A centroid Xc of a contact part between a claw part 24 and an outer pad 34 is located at an internal peripheral side rather than a centroid Xp of a contact part between a piston 30 and an inner pad 32. An angle θcy which is formed of the outer pad 34 of the claw part 24 and a rotation axial line Q of an opposing face 24f is set smaller than a tiltable angle of a slide pin, and a tiltable angle θpis with respect to a cylinder bore 22s of the piston 30 is set larger than the tiltable angle of the slide pin. At the release of a brake, a turn of a caliper 18 to a left direction is permitted, and the claw part 24 is moved to an external peripheral side. As a result, the outer pad 34 can be favorably constricted to a mounting, and noise can be favorably suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
