PURPOSE: To obtain a disc cartridge equipped with a resin shutter which is sufficiently mechanically strong and has superior adhesive properties to ink.

CONSTITUTION: A disc 12 is accommodated in a jacket 11. Windows 19A, 19B of the jacket 11 are opened/closed by sliding a shutter 21 of a U-shaped cross section. A main part of the shutter 21 is forded of polyacetal which is high in mechanical strength, and a printing part is formed of ABS resin which shows superior adhesive properties to ink. The shutter 21 is in a double structure. Accordingly, a disc cartridge with the resin shutter which is sufficiently mechanically strong and superiorly adhesive to ink is obtained. If a surface to be printed is processed by a corona discharge treatment beforehand, the surface is activated, thus making it possible to use PBT resin other than the ABS resin.
