Abstract:
To provide a disc cutter, especially for machining β-titanium or super-elastic metal material, performing cutting efficiently without wearing a saw blade at early stage, thus having long life.
This disc cutter includes: a plurality of saw blades 2, 2 provided at a fixed pitch; and bottoms 6, 6 formed by a smooth curved surface between the saw blades, wherein the bottoms 6, 6 are provided with release surfaces 7, 7 inclined to both sides.
