Abstract:

PURPOSE: To join a tip to a tooth base of a base metal firmly by brazing body part end jaw part of the tip with a recessed part of the tooth base and a one side face.
CONSTITUTION: A saw tooth shaped tooth bases 12 are formed with an equivalent pitch in an outer periphery of a base metal 11 in the circumferential direction and a recessed part (notch) 13 recessing toward inner periphery direction from an outer periphery end is formed in the respective tooth bases 12. This recessed part 13 is formed in inverse taper shaped in which its width in the circumferential direction is formed so that width W1 of the outer periphery end is narrower than the width W2 on the inner periphery side. Jaw parts 15b of the respective tips 15 are faced to under face side and a body part 15a is fit to the recessed part 13 from under face side of the base metal 11 and the jaw parts 15b of the respective tips 15 are brought into contact with under faces of the respective tooth bases 12. The respective tips 15 are joined with the tooth bases 12 by filling molten silver-alloy solder in a fit part between the body part 15b of the tip 15 and the recessed part 13 of the tooth base 12 and the contact part between the jaw part 15b and the under face of the tooth base 12.
