Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and grinding accuracy by constituting link mechanism in such a way that a grinding device is separated from or brought close to a disc cutting edge.
SOLUTION: A disc cutting edge grinding device 10 has a disc cutting edge fixing base 14 for fixing a disc cutting edge 12 at an axis part, a specified angle rotating means 16 for rotating the disc cutting edge 12, fixed to the disc cutting edge fixing base 14, in one direction by a specified angle at a time, a grinding device 20 having a rotatory-driven grinding wheel 18, and link mechanism 22 for separating the grinding device 20 and the disc cutting edge 12 from each other or bringing them close to each other interlockingly with the specified angle rotation by the specified angle rotating means. The link mechanism 22 has a moving base 24 with the grinding device 20 fixed thereto, a link bar 28 for linking a base 26 and the moving base 24, and a link bar 30 for linking the moving base 24 and a lever 31. The lever 31 is rotated to rotate the moving base 24 around a link point 32, and the grinding device 20 moves almost linearly.
