Abstract:
To provide a light weight or thin type disc driving motor, along with a disc driving device equipped with it, capable of efficiently radiating heat generated inside the motor.
A bearing bush 2 is provided to a motor attaching plate 1 which acts as a stage for attaching to a disc driving device that reads/writes data on a recording disc D. A cylindrical radial bearing 3a made from oil-containing metal is engaged and fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the bearing bush 2. The motor attaching plate 1 and the bearing bush 2 are formed from aluminum alloy.
