Abstract:
PURPOSE:To insure the volume of liquid in disc brake by providing a layer composed of rubber powder having the diameter shorter than 1,000mum and adhesive longer than 0.05mm. between the rear metal of disc pad and a friction member. CONSTITUTION:A layer composed of rubber powder having the diameter shorter than 1,000mum and adhesive is provided by the length longer than 0.05mm. between the rear metal of disc pad and a friction member. Consequently, highly resilient rubber powder layer is provided between the rear metal and the friction member to contact the adhesive against the friction member through rubber powder thus to maintain sufficient adhering force contrary to rubber sheet. When controlling the amount of rubber powder, compression of disc and influencing onto the volume of brake liquid can be regulated.
